FAQ: How do my loved ones cremated remains get to the glass artist?
------The client places approximately 1 tablespoon of their loved ones ashes into a well sealed bag or jar, snuggly packed in a small box or padded envelope. Once the order is placed, we will provide you with the mailing address.
FAQ: Approximately how long does it take to create the ash glass art?
------Once we receive your package, We create your memorial glass art piece in approximately 2 weeks. If you need it sooner, please let us know and we will do what we can to meet your family's schedule.
FAQ: Will my loved ones ashes be safe with you?
------We will treat your loved ones remains with the same respect and care that we give to our own friend's and family's remains.
FAQ: What happens to any unused ashes?
------If any ashes remain after the art glass pieces are finished, We will return them with your order. Alternatively, upon your request, we can say a prayer for their next journey, and sprinkle them into the Pacific Ocean.
